This is a rather basic character name generator with plot suggestions.  It's freeware.  There are 24 plot suggestions to start the creative process rolling and a name generator. Unzip into a temporary folder.  Navigate to that folder and double click the setup program.  Documentation is in MS Word Doc format.  This was scanned for viruses by McAfee Virus Scan on February 18, 2000 and found clean.
